Create HousesIn House Settings, click Configure Houses. Add names, colors, emojis, and mottos.

Import Students (CSV)Go to Start Here > Import Students. Download the template, fill it out, and upload. IDs are auto-generated!

Auto-Balance HousesIn Start Here, use the Bulk Balance tool to instantly and evenly sort your imported students into your newly created houses.
Quick Click
Go to Student Management. Tap any student's House Shield/Avatar to give +1 point. Long-press (click and hold) to deduct a point.
Bulk Selection
Click Select Students. Tick multiple students, then use the popup toolbar at the bottom to award points and attach a reason.
Whole Class/House
Click the orange Whole School Award button. Give points Per Student or Split Evenly among a selected group.

Pre-Tier 1
Classroom-managed, low-level issues. Teachers handle with verbal reminders, seat changes, or restorative chats. Needs 4 points to progress.
Tier 1
Low-level interventions by Homeroom Teacher. Parent contact may be needed. Needs 3 points to progress.
Tier 2
Involves SAC (Student Affairs Coordinator) and BIP (Behavior Intervention Plan). Needs 2 points to progress.
Tier 3
SLT (Senior Leadership Team) and BSP (Behavior Support Plan) required. Needs 2 points to maintain.
How points work: Low severity = 0.5 pts | Medium = 1 pt | High = 2 pts

Student calls out without raising hand. Teacher gives a verbal reminder and notes the incident. After 4 similar incidents, the system automatically escalates to Tier 1.

When a mission is active, open the Mission Center to reveal your Secret Letter. Talk to your housemates to figure out the full word based on everyone's letters. The first house to guess it wins a huge bonus! (Careful: You only get ONE guess!)
As you earn points, your avatar levels up! Every 50 points unlocks a new tier in your Learner's Journey.
3D Holographic Cards
Open your Profile and click Open House Album. Here you can see all your unlocked cards. Tap them to flip them over and read their special powers!
Print Your Collection
In your profile menu, click Print Album to generate a 3-page physical poster, or click Download My Cards to save your favorite cards as images to share!
